I declare that the information I have provided is true and complete. I authorize Aussie Support Network Pty Ltd (trading as Easy Accountants and Advisory) to act on my behalf in relation to my individual income tax return, including:

- Adding me as a client to your secure portal

- Communicating with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other authorities on my behalf

- Accessing and retrieving my income, payment and superannuation information via ATO pre-fill

- Preparing and lodging my Income Tax Return for the relevant financial year(s)

- Storing my personal and tax information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles

I understand I can withdraw this consent at any time by notifying you in writing.
